Our Story

- In 1998 Shihab Rabee founded Soft Comp as an IT services company focused on personal computing services targeting the education sector.

- In 2005 Soft Comp transformed into Nile Helpdesk with a new strategy focused on B2B Information Technology services and IT Products Development.

- Nile Helpdesk proudly was among the first Middle East service providers in Internet Based media Streaming (Live and On Demand). We proudly were leading introducing of the business concept of Live Broadcasting over the Internet to the Middle East and successfully supported many media companies to stream their content as well as their TV/Radio channels over the Internet, like ART network.

- In addition to being one of the Cloud computing hosting providers Early Birds in the Middle East 2006 by introducing "Complex Hosting" in partnership with Rackspace like international hosting providers. Nile Helpdesk complex hosting what is rebounded later as "IaaS" by the large cloud services providers.

- In 2014 with our new strategy the company rebranded to MEMs Arts and the head office relocated to Delaware USA. Our 2014 Strategic update focused the organization on Professional Services, Extended R&D to cover non-IT opportunities.

- MEMs Arts R&D division worked in many technologies to improve human life. For example, Underwater scuba diving navigation devices, Underwater Simple signaling devices, and Scuba diving technologies to improve safety solutions. In addition to vehicles fuel consumption-enhancing solutions based on water and hydrogen.

- With our network of Delivery centers in Vietnam, Russia and Egypt MEMs Arts provide the best in class Advisory and Professional Services to our partners.

- MEMs Arts Professional Services team members had key roles in major Telecom projects worldwide. Especially in the launch of 3G services with Vodafone Egypt, as well as contributing to the launch of Du Telecom Operator (UAE), Jawey by STC (KSA), Digital Transformation of Telefonica Mexico, as well as MTN South Africa.

- MEMs Arts consultancy division in 2018 started to focus on Saudi Arabia as a growing market.

- MEMs Arts advisors proudly gave valuable support to many entities in Saudi Arabia, especially in their Digital Transformation as well as Strategy Updates and Execution with our Saudi business partners.

- MEMs Arts advisors were involved in many engagements in KSA especially with Saudi Customs, STC, Saudi Ports, and other Semi Governmental companies.

- During COVID-19 pandemic MEMs Arts moved to a 100% working remotely operating model as well as supporting other businesses to move remotely to reduce operational costs and productivity improvement for businesses and employees satisfied.
